Health Energy Guru is here to change that. Founded by Bruno Souza, HEG will be analyzing the top products on the market with the craziest claims and then finding scientific literature to either debunk that product or verify it.
Our Founder's Story
Throughout my young adult life, I’ve struggled with a variety of health problems ranging from bad skin to chronic fatigue and insomnia. In an effort to improve my quality of life, I invested thousands of dollars and went through pretty much every product on the market until I found what works. Once I found my cure, I realized I had only been living life at 70%. My goal is to help you solve your health problems through the most scientifically sound ways possible so that you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars in trial and error to get there.
